Cuba Gooding Jr. was added as a defendant in Jones’ case against Diddy on Monday, March 25, according to USA Today. According to reports, the modification was made “hours” after Homeland Security Investigations raided Diddy’s residences in Miami and Los Angeles. Jones’ updated complaint was submitted to the U.S. District Court located in Manhattan, New York, according to NBC News. According to the update, Gooding Jr. “groped Jones” on the music mogul’s yacht. According to reports, the incident happened in January 2023 in the U.S. Virgin Islands. According to NBC News, the lawsuit claims that “[Gooding] began touching, groping, and fondling Mr. Jones’ legs, his upper inner thighs near his groin, the small of his back near his buttocks, and his shoulders.” Jones leaned away from the source of his great discomfort.
