According to reports, after Porsha Williams asked for an emergency hearing in their divorce procedures, Simon Guobadia accused her of texting an unidentified man.
Guobadia continues by saying that all financial documents, salary information, and cell phone data had to be kept hidden from the group.
According to the outlet, Guobadia’s filing states, “[Porsha] is further notified that a failure to comply with this notice may result in sanctions for any destruction or failures to preserve any such evidence, including without limitation adverse inferences against Petitioner at trial, sanctions, as well as an award of expenses and attorney fees necessitated by such conduct.”
Guobadia hasn’t yet stated the reason behind his request for the protection of these records, though.
